Rayman Classic app good for

I was so stoked to play such a wonderful game from my childhood! While I can only imagine how hard it will be using the digital controls for the harder levels - it just takes some getting used too. Overall its a pretty faithful port, however some of the original sound effects have been changed or modified - but thats just a small complaint. Besides that though, its a great game that I would put up against Mario or sonic any day!

This is a great game. I played to the end maybe 4 or 5 times. I remember to play it on sega saturn. Good memories. The floating joystick it is not the best option for this game. In some levels you need to make small and fast movements and It gets hard and frustrated with this option. Maybe should be changed or we should get more options. Everything else is great.

To everyone who is complaining about bad controls, its an ios port. What more do you expect? Just stop complaining and enjoy this masterpiece. I just kinda wish that the sound effects were all the same as the original ps1 version, especially the music that plays when you touch a sign and clear the level

This was a big hit in the 90s, and I love it!!! The controls are kinda off however. But I do miss some music too, but not the death one. IT IS SO ANNOYING

Everything is really good so far. The graphics have seen no changes from the PC version. The touch controls could use a bit of work though. Please add a patch that gives us a D-Pad.

This game is just as great as I remember it being but the controls couldve been pulled off a little better (maybe a d-pad and control set up) and also some audio sounds from the original are missing. But these are only minor issues, besides that the games awesome!

Some bad moments

This is definitely a waste of my money! It is so difficult to play with the cheap graphics - hate to have you say I shouldnt of got it - I am sooo disappointed - its nearly impossible to play because the 1990s graphic quality - you cant see many things!!!

I paid 4.99 for this game and I love it but I cannot use the pink swinging things so now Ive gotten to a point where I need to be able to swing to continue the game .

Thank you, Ubisoft. Been waiting for this for years. Works just fine (although it is just a port). Now if we can just get Mario to make the jump...

Very happy to hear (and play) my childhood has gotten a port over to the app store. Bought it, and overall its the same ! They did fix some minor bugs, like music not looping and you can see more things, the joy stick is weird and kinda of dont like it, and sad they toke out the music (like dying, completing a level or defeating a boss) But over all, this game is great if you love the original Rayman !

The characters, the colours, the music. This game is perfect in every way. I am so happy that I get to relive my childhood on my phone!

From what Ive played its decent so far. It seems to be missing sound affects, though. The moving directional controls seems cool in concept, but its hard to stop and move when its always in a new spot. Also this is just a nitpick, and doesnt affect my rating, but I wish the controls and buttons were stylized like the actual game
